By accessing or using Invroo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invroo provides an online platform for generating business documents including invoices, receipts, quotes, purchase orders, and related documents. The Service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Guest users may generate up to 3 documents without registering.
- Accounts found to be abusive or fraudulent may be suspended without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
- Conduct any automated scraping or bulk generation that places undue load on the system.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Invroo software, design, and branding are the property of Erick Boniventure. Documents you create using the Service belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display those documents for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Generated documents are provided as templates and should be reviewed by the user before sending to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invroo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from errors in generated documents.
8. Tax and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that documents generated comply with the tax laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Invroo does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
